My journey as an artist began at an early age, in fact, I can’t remember ever not being an artist. I have always possessed an innate desire to create. This desire has been one of my greatest sources of happiness and also of frustration.  To me there is nothing more satisfying then developing an idea, visualizing the finished product, and then utilizing skill and experimentation to realize my ideas. It is the creative process that drives me, not necessarily the finished product. I see every piece that I create as a learning experience, as a chance to make mistakes which can then be learned from. In art as in life, experience is the best teacher and learning from your mistakes helps to facilitate growth. My goal in life is for constant growth in order to actualize my full potential as an artist and as a person.
